Opening Ceremonies will start at 8:00 am and end at 9:15 am. All players, coaches, and team managers are asked to be on Field 10 by 7:45 am to start the parade on time. Teams will be lined up from the South end of Field 10 with 6U teams, then 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, and 19U teams extending to the North end. Signs will be posted on the field. Water should be brought for teams to stay hydrated. The teams will parade around Field 11 where parents, spectators, and judges will be. Teams with a Sponsor are asked to wear their practice shirts with their Sponsor name on them. Games will start immediately after the Opening Ceremonies as well as entertainment of music, glitter tattoos, balloon animals, etc.
Las Ceremonias de Apertura comenzarán a las 8:00 am y finalizarán a las 9:15 am. Se solicita a todos los jugadores, entrenadores y directores de equipo que estén en el Campo 10 a las 7:45 am para comenzar el desfile a tiempo. Los equipos se alinearán desde el extremo sur del Campo 10 con equipos de 6U, luego los equipos de 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U y 19U se extenderán hasta el extremo norte. Se colocarán carteles en el campo. Each team is asked to make a team banner to display at ALL games and to participate in the Banner Contest. Be Creative and HAVE FUN!! Great way for Team Building! Requirements for the banner:

Approximately 3' x 6' (Banner Material $20 will be available at the Team Manager Meetings)
Incorporate The Sponsor's name and AYSO into your team name
Be imaginative and creative
ALL Banners must be handmade (not professionally or computer generated)
Get the players and parents to help (team should chip in for supplies to make the banner)
Competition will be held during Opening Ceremonies. Judging will be done by Community leaders that generously give of their time to help us in this endeavor.

Prizes will be awarded as follows: Los premios se otorgarán de la siguiente manera:
