1. All refunds must be in writing and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. They must be sent to:

Requests without a self-addressed, stamped envelope will be processed with an additional $5.00 deducted for postage and handling.

2. A refund processing fee per player will be charged as follows:

a. No fee for request postmarked before June 5, 2010
b. $15.00 fee for request postmarked between 6/6/10 and 7/2/10
c. 50% of player fee for request postmarked between 7/3/10 and 8/15/10
d. NO REFUND FOR ANY REQUEST POSTMARKED AFTER 8/15/10

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS

The safety of our players and families is a prime consideration when determining if games should be cancelled due to inclement weather. If unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, force games to be cancelled, AYSO is not liable and there will be no refunds for unplayed games. There will be NO REFUNDS for rainouts or other weather conditions, acts of Nature or other events that disrupt play.
