AYSO Region 345 Spectator, Coach, and Player Conduct
Before each and every game the referee, if an adult, and if youth, an adult referee or board member or division coordinator, will summon all spectators, players and coaches together and they will introduce the referee and read from this laminated card the following:
All spectators will be seated on this side of the field and point to where they are to be seated.
Spectators are encouraged to cheer and clap for the players
Spectators are at no time to coach the players
Spectators, coaches, and players are at no time to curse or talk to or question the referee in any language.
Coaches must stay in their boxes or in their areas where there are no lines.
Coaches should keep sideline coaching to a minimum, suggestions and changes can be made at the breaks.
Coaches and assistant coaches are responsible for their spectators, players and their behavior.
If there are any complaints, they will gladly be received at the referee table in writing. No oral complaints will be heard. Please remember that spectators and coaches can receive yellow and red cards so we ask that everyone conduct themselves accordingly.
Remember that this is recreational soccer and we are all volunteers and that we are here for the kids. Thank you and let's play!
